Overnight Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut flour
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tbs baking stevia or ¼ sweetener that measures like sugar
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Organic Innovation protein powder

Method

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Step 2: Divide between two small bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 3: Top with fruits or peanut butter if desired. Enjoy cold or warm it up.
