Gut Repair And Immune Booster Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1/2 to 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• 1 packet of high potency, multi-species probiotics
• 1 scoop of Vanilla Organic Innovation pure protein powder
• Filtered water (depending on consistency)
• *Optional: 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of hydrolyzed collagen (another source of protein)
• *Optional: 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of Amond butter (replace coconut oil if you prefer)

Method:

• Step-1: Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium/high for up to 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
