Finally have found a new protein powder that doesn’t cause bloating and is smooth to drink, natural grass fed whey protein. Since being back in the gym I have tried many different protein powders and struggled to find one that was easy to drink, didn’t have lumps or cause bloating. The flavour of the chocolate protein powder is my all time favourite and can be added with water, milk, smoothies and also used for protein oats and protein weetbix.
